Networking and Interactive Involvement

Exhibition Stamp Incentive
As an idea way to encourage footfall at your exhibition stand, new to 2009 Leaders Events will be the exhibition stamp incentive at all conferences.

To qualify for an exclusive giveaway/future discount/opportunity to meet a speaker, delegates will be given an exhibition loyalty card which they must have stamped by each of the exhibitors to qualify for. Delegates must visit each of the exhibition stands and request a stamp from you, this could be given in exchange for a business card or contact information directly to you.

Facilitated Industry Specific Discussion Groups

2009 events will see the launch of a quick fire industry discussion session during networking breaks at Leaders events. The exhibition areas will be transformed into industry specific areas where a member of your team will facilitate discussions with relevant delegates on the hottest topic in your industry.

These sessions will provide you with presentation time to potential customers to not only highlight your products and services but also to gain feedback into their issues and concerns with in the industry. Delegates will be encouraged to join in discussions and your representatives will be invited to facilitate discussions throughout the networking periods.

Round Table Analysis

Delegates and representatives from your organisation will be invited to join round tables before the opening of the conference – tables can be set depending on specific delegates attending the event that you would like to meet. Each table will be given a pre-written statement or comment related to the day’s topic or speaker and then the floor is open for lively discussion to start the day of in a lively and open manner, plus it gives ample opportunity to get to know some of the delegates at the event.

Speed Networking

As a new initiative to encourage a longer period of networking and relationship building for sponsors, just before lunch at the conference we will conduct a speed networking session.

During this time delegates and your representatives are encouraged to exchange business cards and spend 2 minutes introducing themselves to one another and perhaps discussing the previous session topic. When the whistle blows, delegates move on to the next person and repeat the process. By doing this, delegates are really encouraged to make new contacts and relationships to encourage inter-company lunching throughout the conference.

Lanyard Grouping
2009 is the first year for lanyard grouping. Each sponsor’s will have opportunity to select a group of delegates from the pre registered list who are their top clients/prospects that they must meet during the event. By colour coding delegates within these groups, sponsors will be able to clearly identify the people that they want to talk to and thus make introductions much simpler and time effective.
