General Terms and Conditions When A Special Offer Is Being Taken:

Special offers and giveaways will be sent to delegates once full payment has been made to attend the Leaders in Dubai event and will only be issued if the correct promotional VIP code is quoted. Giveaways and offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another and will not work in conjunction with group or early bird discounts. Any delegate who cancels after paying for Leaders in Dubai will be charged for the value of the of giveaway/offer. Delegates can opt to transfer their place to another party prior to the event

Skywards Offer
Registrations must include the skywards membership number at the time of registering. Membership numbers will be validated by skywards. Skywards miles will be issued within a 30 day period after the Leaders in Dubai Event. If a registration is made and then cancelled- miles will not be issued.

Registrations must be completed and paid for before or on the 18th November for miles to be issued. Skywards members already registered to attend the event prior to receiving this offer cannot cancel and rebook using this offer.

Gift experience
If a delegate cancels once the voucher has been issued, the value of the voucher will be deducted from their refund, alternatively, voucher can be returned. We will aim to send voucher to delegates within 14 days of full payment being received by Leaders in Dubai. Please confirm which experience you would like to take at the time of booking

Dusit Hotel Offer
Free deluxe club room at the Dusit Dubai offer is only valid between 17th and 20th November 2007 for delegates to Leaders in Dubai. The room rate includes the above services as well as taxes. All other charges to the room are the responsibility of the delegate and Leaders In Dubai will accept no responsibility for them.

To qualify for this offer, delegates must register and pay for Leaders in Dubai by the 13th September at the full rate of US$4690. Once paid if a delegate wishes to cancel their registration a fee of US$ 1500 will be charged, alternatively delegates can transfer their delegate ticket AND hotel room to another person of their choice. Delegate details must be confirmed by 13th September in order for us to reserve the room and the Dusit will confirm the reservation during the first week of October.

BBG Offer
 
Registrations must be completed and paid for before or on the 18th November and can only be done so by BBG members. Membership status will be verified by BBG. BBG members already registered to attend the event prior to receiving this offer cannot cancel and  rebook using this offer
